Let's Heal Together in Nature! Afrobeats + Heal Wellness Experience is an outdoor 90-minute intergenerational wellness session for adults and families interested in self-healing, community building, and harm reduction.

Weekly Itinerary Includes

Intro to Grounding/Earthing

Gentle Full Body Stretching

Guided Meditation

Mental Health Check In


After introductions, this weekly trauma-informed session dives into tools proven scientifically to assist you in managing family drama, work/life stress, church hurt, codependency, grief, childhood trauma, anxiety, post/current traumatic stress disorder, community hurt, depression, suicidal ideations, breakups, etc. This experience is hosted during light rain (under the trees) or shine at the discretion of the host.

Afrobeats + Heal Wellness Experience is a safe space for all humans. Join us in learning, deprogramming, healing and connecting with community. Class size is limited to 20 guests.

Children 17 and younger are FREE (limit two child per paid adult) using the code "HEALINGKID" until May 20, 2023.

 

Consult your doctor before joining this or any mental health/wellness class and/or classes, events or experiences that require any level of physical activity. By booking Afrobeats + Heal Wellness Experience that includes deep breathing, gentle full body stretching and guided meditation, you waive Philly Experiences and its staff of any liability in the event of any injuries that occur during or after this 90-minute session.

Full refund available up to 7 days prior to tour date or if host has to cancel for any reason. If guest cancels less than 6 days-48 hours prior to tour date, you will receive 50% refund via the same form of payment. No refunds available for guests that cancel less then 48 hours prior to tour.
