Letting Go: A Healing Gathering for Black Women is a first-of-its-kind experience for Black women 30+ to honor past friendships, release what no longer serves us, and make space for the relationships we truly deserve.

We don’t always get rituals for friendship breakups. But the grief is real. This gathering is your space to process, reflect, cry, laugh, and heal in community. Together, we’ll transform endings into beginnings.

What to Expect

✨ Intention Setting – We open by creating a sacred, safe space. Here, vulnerability is welcome, and every emotion has a seat at the table.

📝 Guided Journaling – Reflect with prompts that help you honor the friendships that shaped you while clarifying what you’re ready to release.

🧘🏾‍♀️ Meditation & Release – Through guided meditation, you’ll let go of resentment, heaviness, and lingering attachment—leaving with more lightness and peace.

🌹 Reflections & Rituals – Share in poems, affirmations, and symbolic releases that honor endings with compassion.

🍽️ The Gathering – We close with food, laughter, and connection. This is where new bonds begin in joy, in sisterhood.
