Terms & Conditions

AGE POLICY: Morals + Murals Hood Tour Experience, #MorningHealers, creative workshops and community festivals are open to all ages. Guests must be a minimum of 21 years of age for bar crawls, thrift crawls, party buses, game nights, etc. unless clearly stated.

CONTEST WINNER POLICY: Winners of any Philly Experiences’ social media or in person contest must provide full first and last name and contest name and prize won to claim the prize(s). All winners must email requested information to phillyexperiences@gmail.com. Winners are required to show state ID/license/passport to retrieve prize(s). Winners who fail to claim their prize by deadline are not allowed to re-enter any Philly Experiences’ contest for 180 days from Experience date or pickup deadline. Subject to change of terms and conditions without notice.
 

PUBLIC EXPERIENCE CANCELATION & REFUND POLICY: Cancellations made at least seven days in advance of the Experience date will receive a 100% refund. Purchases and cancellations made within 3 - 6 days of the experience will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours before the event are nonrefundable. This ticket is transferable (email host at phillyexperiences@gmail.com with first name, last name and date of birth of new guest(s). New guests must meet the age requirement listed in the description. Experience happens light rain or shine but will be canceled and fully refunded due to heavy rain, lightning, extreme wind heat about 90 degrees. This decision will only be made at the discretion of the host. 

Refunds are not given for missed experiences.
 

PRIVATE EXPERIENCE BOOKING & REFUND POLICY: Private Experiences require a nonrefundable deposit of $150 to hold your date and time slot. Remaining balance due 24 hours before Experience begins. Deposit and remaining balance must be paid online at phillyexperiences.com.

WEATHER POLICY: In the event of heavy rain or thunderstorm, the experience will be canceled and fully refunded. The decision to cancel due to heavy rain, thunderstorms, heatwave or tornado is at the sole discretion of the host(s). All experiences canceled due to government shutdown/lockdown will be fully refunded. All refunds will take place within 10 days of the canceled event/experience.

PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE: All Philly Experiences events include group and/or individual photography may be captured throughout the entire experience via cell phone and professional equipment/staff. By registering for class, you consent to Philly Experiences’ use of your likeness, without compensation, in publications, news releases, online and in other communications related to the mission of the organization, in all media whether now known or hereafter devised, for eternity. You release Philly Experiences, its successors, assigns and licensees from any liability whatsoever of any Nature. Philly Experiences photographs and records our experiences, events, tours, workshops etc. and uses the images for multiple outlets. Should you not wish to be photographed, please let your host or guide know.

 

LIABILITY: All guests book at their own personal liability and agree to waive and release Philly Experiences administrators and staff from any and all claims. The opinions and recommendations expressed by hosts, guides or instructors are personal. Philly Experiences is not responsible for faculty/staff/hosts views.

COVID POLICY: An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By attending any Philly Experiences event, tour, class, workshop, experience, event, festival, etc., you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. 

COMMON SENSE AND CONSIDERATION: Common sense and consideration for others are what we aim to practice at all times. All Philly Experiences venues may be shared with members of the public; please be respectful to all patrons of these locations.

Unacceptable behaviors include:

  • Intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory or demeaning conduct by any guest(s) or host/guide towards another person.

  • Drinking during events/workshops/experiences in instances when alcohol is not an identified part of the environment (i.e., party buses, bar crawls and game nights).

CONSEQUENCES OF UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR:  Anyone made aware of unacceptable behavior is expected to comply with Philly Experiences policies immediately. If a participant engages in unacceptable behavior, Philly Experiences will take any appropriate action, as necessary, including expulsion from the course without refund.

What to do if you Witness or are Subject to Unacceptable Behavior: If you are a Philly Experiences guest or host/guide/instructor and witness or are subject to unacceptable behavior, or have any other concerns, please notify Philly Experiences as soon as possible: 267-428-6110 (text or call) or email: phillyexperiences@gmail.com.
