Ticket policy: All tickets must be bought before Monday 12/22/25 - 11:59pm EST online via this platform.

Refund policy: 50% refund available for request made before Friday, 12/19/25 as long as a minimum of 8 guests are still fully booked. All refund requests must be made via phillyexperiences@gmail.com. No refund requests honored after Saturday 12/20/25.

Lateness/no-show policy: Guests who are late or miss the tour are not eligible for a refund.
